Gamers still angry about purchasing the buggy, poorly-executed PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight can find humorous solace in a mod that lets you play as Alfred, Batman’s loyal butler.
Alfred has often been a source of great advice for Batman, but his old age means he is seldom seen getting down and dirty beating some sense into bad guys. Well, not until now, that is...
As the nearly 8-minute video below shows, looks can be very, very deceiving. Alfred takes down mobs of Gotham’s streets thugs with impudent ease using brutal fear takedowns and even interacts with other characters via cutscenes. Beware of spoilers...
Unfortunately, the mod is incomplete, and Alfred can’t perform counter-attacks and environmental and dual takedowns. Seeing him in combat is still pretty badass, though.
