Also part of the video is a trailer of the game's Rescue multiplayer mode. Hardline's story revolves around Nick Mendoza, a S.W.A.T. officer involved in criminal activity. Its gameplay breaks away from the traditional Battlefield game modes, and -- for the first time -- players can complete their objective in various different ways and paths, either silently or violently. According to its YouTube description, the "12 minute demo is shot entirely in-game and is the first look at Hardline's new style of storytelling, inspired by the most popular crime dramas seen on television today. Narration by Ian Milham, Visceral Games creative director." Battlefield Hardline is set to launch in March 2015 on the PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
