Mass Effect Andromeda is a lot of things, but one thing that will likely catch gamers off guard is its sheer size. It’s certainly the biggest Mass Effect game ever, and likely the best.
Alistair McNally, senior director of creative development at BioWare, revealed on twitter that he has no doubt it’s the biggest and best game in the series, giving me a good tingly feeling all over:
I love the vastness of the series’ rich universe, so it’s no understatement when I say Mass Effect: Andromeda
is my most anticipated game of this gaming generation.
I am eager to see what the graphical and computational power of the PC, Xbox One and PC can do for the franchise, and we have little doubt that a respected and talented developer like BioWare will deliver the quality goods.
What direction do you want Andromeda to take? Should it be a sandbox game like Grand Theft Auto, one that lets you go anywhere and do anything at any time or should it be designed in the same way as the past Mass Effect games?
