All rumors regarding the PC, PS4 and Xbox One versions of Grand Theft Auto 5 can finally be put to rest; Rockstar games revealed everything we need to know about the ports. The Xbox One and PS4 version of the GTA 5 will be released on November 18th, while the PC version -- previously thought to have been cancelled -- has been delayed to January 27, 2015. All three versions will offer extra content than the Xbox 360 / PS3 version, including new weapons, vehicles and activities, enhanced damage and weather effects, new foliage system and more. “A host of new, exclusive content also awaits for players returning from the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions including rare versions of classic vehicles to collect from across the Grand Theft Auto series such as the Dukes, the Dodo Seaplane and a faster, more maneuverable Blimp; activities including wildlife photography and new shooting range challenges, new weapons and more,” Rockstar said in a statement. Also part of the package is an improved version of GTA Online, which suffered from many serious problems in its Xbox 360 / PS3 incarnation, including crippling server issues and hackers securing themselves infinite amounts of cash. “Enhancements to Grand Theft Auto Online include an increased player count, with online play now for up to 30 players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. All existing gameplay upgrades and Rockstar-created content released since the launch of Grand Theft Auto Online will also be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC with much more to come.” RELATED STORY: Lindsay Lohan’s GTA 5 lawsuit is just a publicity stunt, says Rockstar As incentive for gamers to move to the current-gen consoles, Rockstar will give $1,000,000 in-game bonus cash to those who pre-order or already own GTA 5 on the PS3 or Xbox 360.
