The convergence between console and PC gaming is proceeding at a quickening pace, with publisher Bethesda announcing that Xbox One players will have access to 667 Fallout 4 mods from the PC version of the game.
Bethesda will limit the download of mods, including those that aren’t active, to 2GB. That download limit may be increased in the future, however.
It’s also worth noting that Achievements and Trophies will be turned off when using mods and that mod use on Xbox One is currently in beta.
PlayStation 4 users will also be able to download Fallout 4 mods, but at a future, yet-to-be-announced date..
More than one million mods were downloaded on PC in less than two weeks after the Creation Kit and launcher went live, and there are over 1,232 mods available for the platform.
