EVO 2014: Estimated Prize Payouts for Top 8 Games

EVO Tournament EVO 2014 is officially over and all the winners have been crowned. A lot of money was on the line, but just how much? Well, thanks to an Imgur user by the name of acekingoffsuit, we have the estimated prize payouts for each of the top 8 games represented at the event. The amounts were calculated based on the number of reported entrants per game, the amount sent to the prize pot for each entrance fee ($10), any additional pot bonuses (usually from sponsors), and the official EVO prize structure. With a payout of $35,080, the Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma tournament had by far the most money up for grabs. It was followed by $29,790 for Ultra Street Fighter 4, $13,380 for Killer Instinct and $10,140 for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Needless to say, a few players left EVO with pockets full of cash. The complete list of total estimated prize pots is as follows:
