Activision's latest shooting game promises a deeper story than its predecessor, which isn't really saying much. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is very much a representation of the direction our world is currently heading. Set in 2054, it features a world where Private Military Corporations (PMCs) have become the dominant armed forces for countless nations. One such corporation, Jonathan Irons (Kevin Spacey)-led Atlas, has become so powerful that it begins a war to change the global balance of powers. The 3-minute trailer shows off how the in-game environment and characters react to a global terrorist attack, revealing more high-octane gameplay footage from the game. We especially like the part where Irons says "Ideas don't determine whose right. Power determines whose right. And I have the power, so I'm right!" Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will release in November release on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. A Wii U version is rumored, but nothing has been confirmed.
