The Xbox One is taking such a beating from the PlayStation 4 on the sales chart that, in an effort to close the gaping gap between the two video game consoles, Microsoft is giving away one free game to anyone who buys an Xbox One. Desperate times call for desperate measures, right? It’s even better than it sounds, as buyers will be able to choose any title they want so long as it’s a new, already-released disc-based game with a maximum retail value of $59.99. Pre-order games don’t count. If you're having a hard time choosing what Xbox One game to get, Microsoft has a few suggestions: Titanfall, Watch Dogs, Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare and Madden NFL 15. Also worth noting is the fact that the offer is available for Xbox One bundles, such as the Xbox One with Kinect, Xbox One Madden NFL 15, and Xbox One Forza Motorsport 5. While the offer is only valid from September 7 through September 13, 2014, we get the feeling this won't be the only time Microsoft will announce such a tasty deal.
