Batman: Arkham Knight is out and has received rave reviews on all but one system -- the PC. The PC version of Batman’s latest adventure launched with game-breaking glitches that causes it to crash, rendering it unplayable.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, while the game runs at 60fps (frames per second) on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, it is locked at 30fps on the supposedly superior PC.
Batman: Arkham Knight
developer Rocksteady has since issued a response to the complaints, stating on the wbgames forums
“We’re aware that some users are reporting issues with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. This is something that Rocksteady takes very seriously. We are working closely with our external PC development partner to make sure these issues get resolved as quickly as possible.”
The upcoming patch should address the major, game-breaking issues, but what a way to ruin a fantastic game.
