Mad Max is Yet Another Game with Exclusive Content on PS4

Mad Max Savage Road game

Sony has released a video revealing the exclusive content that the PlayStation version of Mad Max comes with.

The content aren’t major and seem to be restricted to just 12 hood ornaments for his car, including the Longlooker, Humongous Mask, and Bearclaw’s Mask. Even so, Xbox and PC owners won’t get to experience Mad Max: Savage Road to its fullest, at least initially.

Other games in the past have featured exclusive weapons and gear, quests, maps and other gameplay-related items that owners can only access on a certain system.

Sadly, the practice isn’t going away anytime soon, and by the look of things, the PlayStation 4 — based on its dominating install base and Sony advocating the practice — will be the recipient of most exclusive content in this generation of gaming.

So far, Sony’s console has secured exclusive rights to content for Destiny, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, and many other major titles.

On a brighter note, the aforementioned Mad Max content will only be exclusive to the PS4 until November 30th, 2015, after which point Xbox One and PC owners will have access to them.
What a sad world we live in…

Is The PlayStation 4 Good For Casino Games?

Published

on

When people think about the PlayStation 4, the first thing that usually comes to mind are big-name games like Uncharted and God of War. However, what few people know is that the console is also a gateway to many great and addictive gambling games.

While some games like The Four Kings Casino and Slots are apps, the fact that you can use your PS4 as an interface for the world wide web means you can also enjoy a plethora of browser-based titles without needing a PC, many of which can be found at betway casino.

Granted, the selection of such games will be smaller on the PS4 (or on any video game console, for that matter) than on a PC, especially when it comes to poker, but you will nevertheless have a lot to choose from.

Now, why would anyone want to gamble on the PS4 rather than on desktop or laptop, you might wonder? Well, the PS4 makes bragging to your friends about your exploits easier, thanks to the accessibility of social share buttons. When you play a great hand of poker or win a jackpot in slots, for instance, you can share images and/or video of the act a lot more easier than you can on a computer of any other type.

So, you now know that the PS4 can be used to play many different casino games, but does that mean you should? Social sharing aside, is gambling using the PS4 any fun? The short answer? Yes!

You will be surprised at how well gambling works on the platform, but it does take some getting used to. Video slots, for example, are as easy to play on a PS4 as they are on a desktop or laptop machine, while games like Blackjack and poker, where a single misclick can cost you big, don’t work quite as well but are still perfectly playable.

Have you played any casino games on the PlayStation 4? Would you recommend any?

New N7 Day Mass Effect Andromeda Trailer is Intense, See it

The new N7 Day Mass Effect Andromeda trailer that fans have been impatiently waiting for is finally here, and it’s intense.

We get to see more scripted and in-game footage of the game world, as well as ‘brother’ Ryder, his alien crew and what appears to be the main villain in action. It might have also confirmed the existence of Salarians in Andromeda.

The Andromeda Initiative recruitment page has been updated to coincide with the trailer’s release. It shows the user’s login details with the year 2184… the year just before the events of Mass Effect 2.

The Andromeda Initiative is scheduled to launch in 2185, the year Commander Shepherd returns from the dead (the beginning of Mass Effect 2). Three Ark ships, each containing three different species in cryo stasis, will leave the Milkyway for the new galaxy, with plans to wake up the occupants 600 years later.

Judging by the trailer, things don’t go according to plan.

Mass Effect Andromeda launches for the Xbox One, PS4, and PC in Spring 2017. Are you excited for the new adventure?
