For anyone interested in picking up Far Cry 4, one question worth asking is “who is Pagan Min?” For starters, he’s a very bad man. In fact, as you will soon find out by watching the trailer above and reading the lengthy biography featured here, he is a charismatic and sadistic dictator that must be put down at all costs.
Known as the best-dressed man in the Himalayan region of Kyrat (Far Cry 4’s game world), Pagan Min is a self-appointed maniac that rules over his people with an iron-fist, not shying away from stabbing anyone in the back to get whatever he wants.
Before watching the trailer, check out his official biography:
“Pagan Min was born in Hong Kong, the son of a mid-level drug boss in the Golden Triangle. His father was a small fish in a big pond, and even as a young man, Pagan was as ambitious as he was flamboyant. Pagan worked for his father, hated him, and was frustrated as a lieutenant, seeing his father as a dinosaur. Nobody knows how his father died, but it wasn’t natural causes.
After his father’s unfortunate passing, Pagan inherited his small piece of the pie. He then left his old identity behind and adopted the moniker ‘Pagan’, naming himself after an old Burmese king who murdered his family to take control. Of course, he changed the pronunciation to be western so that he’d be more unique. Pagan quickly started carving himself more of the pie he believed that he deserved. He built considerable assets, a small private army, and started angering his allies in the heroin trade. He didn’t fit in, and he knew he couldn’t kill them all; it was only a matter of time before the old guard decided to have him killed.
This is when his eyes fell upon Kyrat, a small failed state with multiple warring factions in the wake of the collapse of its monarchy. He allied himself with the Royalists, propping up a distant heir to the throne who he used to swell his ranks and to remove all opposing faction in the country. After a few bloody months, Pagan and the united Royalists took the palace by storm, but Pagan betrayed the Royalists by murdering the heir and seizing the throne for himself. He then started a purge of anyone who didn’t fall in line, executing his opposition. The betrayal led to the formation of the Golden Path, a small resistance movement dedicated to overthrowing Pagan.”
Jesus, he almost makes Stalin look tame. Stop him!

Do You Already Hate The Sonic Movie?
The new Sonic movie trailer has everyone horrified and confused. Are you?
To the say the first official trailer for the Sonic the Hedgehog film is a head-scratcher would the understatement of a lifetime. It is WACK!
We get a look at Sonic rendered in real life, as well as Jim Carrey’s Doctor Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik. If the tagline “Every hero has a genesis” is anything to go by, the movie will be an origin story for the blue hedgehog that was an integral part of our 90s gaming experience but struggles in today’s video game market.
To be honest, he looks downright creepy, which probably wouldn’t have been the case if the designers went for a cuter, more compact aesthetic like in the original 2D Sonic games.
Instead, we get scruffy, frizzy-looking creature “thing” that could easily be mistaken for an extremely lean man in a full-body costume, a man who likely skipped leg day one too many times.
Something along the line of Detective Pikachu would have definitely be more palatable, don’t you think?
If you hate Sonic’s look, enough to even be reluctant to watch the movie, you’re not alone. Reactions to the trailer have been hilarious , and the film’s official Twitter account has been swamped with thousands of responses.
